Paulin was hired to oversee and manage the project (and develop a larger phased overview of the whole site) and brought an energy to the team that accomplished more in 6 months than we did in all the 3 years before that! She was able to provide clear direction, motivation and efficiency to a team of volunteers which resulted in us achieving the required first phase successfully.
