About Us

Paulin Goonan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner.

She has over 20 years strong project management and engineering experience in a variety of disciplines. Working in both the private and public sectors in the UK, Ireland, Australia and the USA and has had responsibility for construction schemes with values in excess of £12m, leading teams from 5 to 25 people.

Clients include Ballast Phoenix Ltd, Bosch Lawn & Garden Ltd, JIMAS, Stovers Property Ltd, The National Trust, Little Mice Day Nursery, Suffolk One, Cory Environmental, MLM Consulting Engineers, Morrish Consulting Engineers.

Previous employers include Waterman Boreham, Essex; JMP, London; The Department for Public Works & Services, Sydney and Thames Water, Reading.

Trained and experienced in the application of Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.

She is a mentor to graduate engineers who are on route to chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers and is a registered Supervising Engineer with the institution.  She is also an active Science and Engineering Ambassador, which encourages young people to develop an interest in these subjects.

She is an active member of her community and has carried out pro bono work on projects for The John Peel Centre, Stowmarket; St Michaels Community Centre, Ipswich; Red Gables, Stowmarket. She fundraises annually for Mental Health Charities.
